He Will Reign for Ever and Ever.

In chapter 11 of Revelation....we come to the end of 2 of the 3 woes and we come to the seventh and final trumpet blast. 


This seems like we should be approaching the end of the prophecy....but we are only half way through the chapter.....Then loud voices from heaven pronounce:“The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.”


All this signals God taking back his reign of this world.  The 24 elders bowed down to worship and praise Him....and say, "The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your saints and those who reverence your name, both small and great— and for destroying those who destroy the earth.” 


Followers of God rejoice...this is good news...after several disturbing chapters...God gives us a reason to celebrate.  .... "servants, prophets and saint will be rewarded"....and destruction will be dealt to those opposed to God. God will reign and reward.....Good News.
