If it is God's will that we should be santified....we should first find out what it means to be santified.
Websters says that sanctified means..."to set apart to a sacred purpose, to free from sin, purify."
Yes, God wants us "set apart" for Him. And so when He santifies us...He frees us from sin...He purifies us...He sets us apart for His purposes.
"For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life." (V-7)
God is always sanctifing us....making us holy...purifing us...changing us to be more like Jesus.
