Whom I Love in the Truth

Write an Encouraging Letter, today!

When you can't talk to someone face to face....you might write them a letter or email them.  This is what John does with his good friend, Gaius.  He writes him an encouraging note to tell him that he was praying for him ....reminding him how faithful that he had been....and warning him about a certain gossiping church member.

The Elder, John is doing what Jesus called him to do..."love one another".  He is showing his care and concern for a brother in Christ.  Have you considered how you can encourage a brother or sister in the Lord?  Write a letter in love... or an email...or go talk to someone face to face in love...and you are "loving one another."....you are also following Jesus!!!!!!
